My mind doesnt know about it


It is proven that stress and symptoms of various illnesses are very closely related. My method of combating non-lifethreatening pain and illness is to take a different approach. The less I dwell and think about whats ailing me, the less affect it has on me. Sought of like mind over matter. When you practice this approach, it helps you cope more and make better decisions about your health and wellness. When you refuse to acknowledge negative feelings, you regain control of your body and senses and are able to shield out any negative vibrations(both physical and mental) that can come at you from all angles. Seeing is believing and also thinking is believing. So the next time you are feeling "under the weather" or emotionally drained, just incorporate this saying "My mind doesn't know about it".
