So Easy Heart Healthy Breakfast

A Quick and easy Breakfast that is delicious and fun to make.

2 tablespoons of dry oatmeal
1/2 banana
1 cup of milk(I like vanilla soy)
drop of honey or splash of sugar(optional)
1 handful of blueberries

Blend the oatmeal into a fine powder, add half the milk ,blend again to a creamy mixture, add the banana and blueberries and blend, then add the rest of the ingredients,and blend again. Drink up.
